​Tuan Ka Ning is the Senior Assistant Director of Customs overseeing import, export, and border control at the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Previously posted in Selangor and Kedah, he is currently based at RMCD’s headquarters in Putrajaya where he brings expertise in import and export operations, warehousing, trade facilitation, border control, excise, petroleum, as well as Goods and Services Tax (GST).
