Service Procedure

Check Lost Item Availability: Contact the airport’s lost and found center or the hotel front desk to check if your lost item is being held. Please make sure to confirm the item description and reference number.

2. | Submit DHL Request: Please complete the DHL Lost Item International Shipping Request Form. (Click here) Make sure to include the item description and reference number you confirmed in the previous step. | |
3. | Service Availability & Customs Guidance: DHL will review whether international shipping is available for your item. We will then inform you of the estimated shipping cost and any required customs documentation | |
4. | Pickup, Measurement & Payment: DHL will pick up the item from the designated location (airport or hotel), measure the item, and confirm the final shipping cost. Payment is accepted by credit card only. Once payment is completed, the item will be shipped internationally. | |
