Service Procedure

1.   Contact Lost-and-Found Center: Reach out to the airport's lost-and-found center to confirm the types of missing items and obtain a reference number.
2.   Contact DHL Helpdesk: Contact DHL's helpdesk to request abroad delivery service. Provide details about the lost item and the reference number obtained from the lost-and-found center.
3.   Service Availability Check: DHL's helpdesk will verify service availability and provide an estimated price for the shipment.
4.   Submit Delivery Service Request: Upon confirmation of the service notice, submit a delivery service request.
5.   Shipment Pickup and Payment: Your shipment will be picked up by a DHL courier and reweighed at the DHL Service Center. Payment will be based on the actual weight of your shipment.


Important Notices

  • Please note that customs duties may be imposed locally upon arrival in the destination country. Failure to submit required customs documents may result in seizure or return by customs.
  • Changes in package weight or dimensions after packaging may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Some items, such as liquids, flammable materials, batteries, cash, and food items, may be ineligible for shipment.
  • Once items are picked up from the lost-and-found center, cancellation or return is not possible.
  • DHL cannot provide service to lost-and-found center addresses where pickup is not available.
